Are You Feeling Stuck?

Most days things move along in effortless way. The birds are chirping, the sun is shining and I might even find a lucky penny on the ground. The flowers outside smell extra fresh as I go for my afternoon walk. Then some days nothing seems to go according to plan and I feel like pulling my hair out of head..lol
How can this be?
Well I think it has alot to do with a few simple things like: not getting enough sleep, lack of exercise, overthinking a particular idea or point. Or just plain ignoring your inner truth.
We all get stuck and can get moving again.
The best way to get back on your intended path is to take a break from whatever it is that has you feeling stuck in the first place and do something enjoyable. Even if you are at work and only have a few minutes to be away from your desk you can go outside and walk around the block. This short walk will give your brain a much needed break and allow you to come back with a new perspective. I am off to take my own advice. What tips or tools of the trade do you use to get unstuck?
